Clay graduated from NC state in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Business. He spent 10 years in the staffing industry developing client relationships and recruiting. Clay wanted to make a change into a different industry where he could work in the field and communicate with clients so he joined RSI in the summer of 2020. Clay enjoys golfing, fishing, and sports.
