Chloe joined RSI in 2020 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in History from Canisius College. In Spring 2025, she earned the Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) certification through the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), a nationally recognized organization that promotes excellence in construction documentation and project delivery.

As a Project Coordinator, Chloe manages capital reroofing projects from initial planning through project closeout. She works closely with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout every phase of the project, including proposal development, contract administration, competitive bidding, contractor qualification, submittal reviews, construction quality assurance, progress meetings, and project closeout. She is committed to helping projects remain organized, well-coordinated, and successfully delivered.

Fun Fact: Chloe was raised in a military family and, before turning 18, moved 11 times, including living in Stuttgart, Germany.
