Alex obtained his bachelor’s degree from Elon University in 2007. He worked in various fields concentrating on customer service. RSI recruited Alex to head field services where he can apply his customer-oriented, problem solving skills for our client’s benefit. He initially worked inside support to learn office and management software functions. He was then moved to the field and assisted others while learning basic technical skills including the use of infrared cameras, Rilem tubes, capacitance meters and more used to source leaks. His hard work and technical advancement led to his being promoted to the head of field operations in 2017. The business has increased tremendously under his leadership.
