Casandra relocated from upstate New York in the summer of 2021. She is currently the Service Administrator for our team and acts as the lead on service billing, dispatching, and scheduling for RSI’s leak investigation response services. Casandra is also involved with the development and review of RSI’s Solutions Management Program (SMP).
